Persons residing abroad (not in Poland) can submit the application for Polish passport only at the Polish consulate (embassy) local to their place of residence. It means that you can do it only in the Polish consulate in Israel.

If you come to Poland in 3 days you have the digital passport...

if you make it trough the Embassy you will have to wait months... and politics... EU don't like new foreigners

The embassies wait 3-4 months to collects documents and they send them so the best reaction time is about 6 months... but remember they only work as a delivery company and won't solve any problem, besides, Embassies are political extensions and if they want they will make you problems

Better come as a tourist and do it yourself!

The confirmation that you have received if you'd did it in Migration in Warsaw only takes 7 weeks!
